Once the door is open operate the handle and turn the deadbolt. Wipe off any excess lubricant with a rag. Pry off the plastic covers loosen the screws and slide the strikes up or down a few millimeters. This will loosen the tension on the deadbolt allowing it to retract and the door to open.

Lubricate the hinges with silicone spray or 3 in 1 oil. If your door is new the hinges could be tight until they receive some use. Twist the hinge rail screws a quarter turn each counterclockwise using a flat screwdriver. The inside hinge rail screws could be too tight.
